A useful custom part starts with the problem it needs to solve. If you are in Singapore and do not have a printable model yet, send 3DLise a photo or sketch and tell us what needs to fit, hold or turn.
No sign-in is needed to start a conversation. Photos are not uploaded automatically: review the message, attach the references in WhatsApp and send when ready.
What to send
- The problem. Explain what is awkward or missing. Show the existing object and the surrounding space from several angles.
- Measurements in millimetres. Include the overall space and any opening, knob or mating part. Show where you measured; a photo alone does not establish an accurate size.
- How the part will be used. Tell us about water, heat, sunlight, repeated movement and expected load. Material and geometry need individual review.
- What matters most. Note the quantity, preferred colour, fit and any date you are working towards. Let us know if you already have a model that needs adjustment.
How design assistance works
The owner first reviews whether a custom print is a suitable approach. We discuss the scope and any design fee before design work begins. We may ask for more measurements or suggest a different approach rather than promise a fit from one photo.
Review the proposed shape, dimensions and intended use before confirming the print. A change to the design can require a revised quote. Design assistance is separate from the online Studio, which quotes an existing saved STL or supported colour 3MF.
A photo is a reference, not a ready-to-print file.
A single image cannot show hidden surfaces, exact dimensions or how two parts fit together. Simple practical parts can sometimes be designed from measurements; organic subjects and photo-based keepsakes need interpretation and review. Only send designs and references you have permission to use. We do not offer engineering certification or promise that a printed replacement is suitable for a safety-critical task. Discuss heat, water exposure, food contact and loads before proceeding.

Quotes, payment and delivery
The owner confirms the design scope, print quote and payment instructions with you. Current Studio material options and colours can be reviewed before requesting a quote. Printing is scheduled only after the owner verifies receipt of payment.
We currently deliver to Singapore addresses. We aim to dispatch within one week after payment verification; design discussion and carrier transit take additional time. Read the print terms, cancellation and defect-remedy information before confirming.
