3DLise uses your information to save your designs, quote and fulfil prints, process payments, provide order updates and resolve support requests. Contact the owner about privacy or your information through WhatsApp +65 8736 9393.

Contact enquiries

The contact form sends your name, email address, message and optional quote/order number to our business mailbox through Google's email service so the owner can respond. We do not use it to subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Private delivery references and limited abuse-prevention metadata help prevent spam and duplicate messages; the website does not retain a separate copy of your enquiry text. Enquiry emails are kept while needed to respond, fulfil related requests or meet legitimate business obligations, then reviewed for removal.

Designs and accounts

Models are first opened in your browser. “Saved on this device” keeps a draft in this browser profile; anyone using that profile may be able to open it. When you sign in and save to your account, we store your model, project settings and optional preview in private Google Cloud storage, associated with your account. Your account can access its own projects and orders. Only the authorised owner can download customer quote and production packages to prepare and fulfil prints.

Quotes, payments and delivery

Requesting a live quote sends the saved design to our cloud slicer using approved printer presets. It does not connect to our physical printer. For manual orders, we store the delivery name, address and WhatsApp number you provide, your confirmed quote, and the owner’s payment verification record. WhatsApp opens with a prepared quote message for you to review and send; the owner prepares updates and sends them manually. WhatsApp processes messages under its own privacy terms. If a previous order used PayPal, PayPal handled its payment details and we retain the necessary payment and delivery records. We do not store your PayPal password or card details. Shipping and support information is used by the owner to fulfil the order and handle your requests.

Keeping and removing information

Account drafts remain available while you keep them in My projects. Archiving hides a draft without deleting it; permanent deletion removes the draft and its stored file versions after confirmation. An order or unresolved checkout can prevent deletion while payment and fulfilment records need reconciliation.

We keep order information, print files and access audit records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, payment reconciliation, legal obligations and other necessary business purposes. There is no automatic file expiry at this stage; the owner reviews information for deletion when those purposes end. Ask the owner on WhatsApp about access, corrections or deletion. Necessary transaction records may need to be retained even when a print file can be removed.

Aggregate website statistics

We count page views and broad arrival sources, such as Google, Instagram, WhatsApp or email outreach, in daily totals. Future organisation outreach links may contain a random organisation code. For a registered code, the initial page view can add one approximate attributed landing to that organisation code’s daily total. The code identifies a recipient organisation, not an individual. Organisation names and contact details stay in a separate private register. We remove this code from the page address when the statistics code loads and do not carry it into internal navigation or later sessions. These statistics use no analytics cookies, stored visitor IDs, fingerprinting or customer-account links. We do not send browsing activity to Google Analytics. We do not store individual browsing records, full referral URLs, IP addresses or device details in these statistics. Counts are approximate page views or attributed landings, not unique visitors, email opens, verified human clicks or confirmed interest. Automated link scanners, forwarding, sharing and reloads can affect totals. A previous decline or a browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal suppresses these counts. Your browser sends network information when contacting any website; Google Cloud may keep separate operational and security logs. Authentication and saved designs still use the storage needed to provide those services.

Service providers

Google provides authentication, hosting and private cloud storage. PayPal processed earlier PayPal orders; the current manual ordering flow does not collect card details. A delivery provider receives the information needed to deliver your print. PrintPal, Meshy and WhatsApp apply their own terms when you choose to use them; our external model-generation guides do not send your model to those services. Payment and other providers may process information outside Singapore under their own privacy terms.

Owner-managed support

Use My projects to check progress or contact the owner on WhatsApp. Customer updates, delivery tracking and payment issues are managed by the owner. Automated order emails and carrier notifications are not offered at this stage.

A few things to know.

Files and colours

Upload designs you have permission to use. Screen colours are approximate; filament finish and lighting affect the printed result. STL preserves geometry. Colour 3MF support depends on the kind of colour data in the file. Review the model, dimensions, quantity and selected colours before confirming your order.

Size and suitability

Dimensions are in millimetres and proportions remain locked when resizing. Tell us if a part must fit another object. Functional or safety-critical uses need an individual discussion before printing. Large or complex models may require an individual review.

Quotes and confirmation

A preview estimate is for exploration. A live slicer quote shows the payable amount in SGD, its delivery charge and expiry. Send a prepared WhatsApp request after quoting. The owner reviews the design, confirms the quote and provides payment instructions. A saved request is not an accepted order. Printing is scheduled only after the owner verifies receipt of the full payment and marks the order Paid. Uploading or saving a file does not confirm an order or schedule printing.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch within one week after payment is verified. This is a dispatch target, not a delivery guarantee; carrier transit time is additional. We currently deliver to Singapore addresses only. Follow progress in My projects. The owner manages dispatch, tracking and customer updates.

Cancellation, refunds and print issues

Custom prints are made for your confirmed design. Change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available after order confirmation. If a print is defective, incorrect or does not match the confirmed order, contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference and details so the owner can review the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies required by Singapore law.
